Meet Ana: RBT®, Mother, and Lifelong Learner:
Ana is a proud mother and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) whose passion for understanding human behavior drives her to help children reach their fullest potential. Inspired by her belief that every child — especially those on the spectrum — has unique strengths to be celebrated, Ana pursued her RBT® certification to make a lasting impact. Known for her creativity, warmth, and ability to “speak kids’ language,” she balances her career with cherished family traditions like Sunday movie and board game nights, experimenting in the kitchen, and finding peace through reading and meditation.
"When I started the journey to RBT I didn't know what to expect. I've seen many jobs post looking for RBTs but I couldn't find a place that prepares me for it. Many places offered the 40 hours training but, no one offered guidance to the exam. Until one day a recruiter recommended me ATCC and it was a game changer. The lessons were so clear, the content was friendly, the team was so helpful when with questions and, most important, my BCBA being there when I needed. From the beginning until I passed my exam (first attempt) Ms. Katie was there. I started in March and got certified at the end of May, then found a job on June 2nd. Things ATCC helped with:-Help to build my resume -Supervision -Direct Assistant creating my BACB profile and applying for the credentials. What to ask on my job interviews -Everything to become a RBT. To me, ATCC is the most complete RBT training company!"
