As an RBT, you are the one that creates the biggest bond with the client because you are the one implementing the programs. Being the one that implements the programs you have the opportunity to make the biggest difference in the client's life and their family's lives. Aside from making an important difference in the lives of your clients, there are other benefits to being an RBT.

Qualifications

  1. Be at least 18- years-old
  2. Have a High School Diploma 
  3. Complete 40-hour RBT Training 
  4. Pass Background Check with your BCBA 
  5.  Complete Competency Assessment with your BCBA 
  6. Your BCBA Signs your Application on the BACB Gateway 
  7. Pass your RBT Exam at the Pearson Testing Center
