1. How much does the 40-hour RBT Course cost?

$99 each month. You may complete the course in 1-month and pay only $99. Or we offer the flexibility to take longer if you would like. Examples below:

1-month: 40-hours of videos completed in 1 month. One payment of $99. Total course cost is $99.

2-months: 20-hours of videos completed each month. Two payments of $99. Total course cost is $198.

2. Does this course meet the NEW 2nd Edition Task List requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician® with the BACB?

Yes! This 40-hour RBT Course is RBT® Certification Step 1: This training program is based on the RBT Task List (2nd Ed.) and is designed to meet the 40-hour training requirement for RBT certification. The program is offered independent of the BACB®.

3. Does ATCC offer the Competency Assessment and Background Check with a BCBA?

Yes, you can find out more about taking your Competency Assessment with ATCC here.

4. Is there a minimum amount of time I need to take in the course?

Yes, there is a BACB Requirement: 5 Day Minimum.

This means that the BACB requires that your 40-Hour RBT Training must be completed in no less than a 5-day period.

5. Is there maximum amount of time I have to take the course?

Yes, there is a BACB Requirement: 180 Days Maximum.
This means that the BACB requires that your 40-Hour RBT Training must be completed in no more than a 180-day period

6. Is there a final exam?

No, there is not a final exam at the end of the 40-hour course. After completing each 90-minute video, you will complete a short multiple choice test.

7. Will I be prepared for the BACB required multiple choice exam at a Pearson Testing Center?

Yes, very much. You will be practicing multiple choice quiz questions that will prepare you for your exam throughout each of the 90-minutes videos. You will also be able to rewatch the videos as many times as you like in order to take notes and review previous content.
BONUS INCLUDED: RBT Practice Exam. We have included a 75 questions multiple choice practice exam designed to prepare you to pass the BACB's Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) Task List 2nd Edition examination.
